Each week, the difference between your total winnings and total losses is taken as your net loss. If your losses exceed your winnings in a given week, that amount becomes the basis for your cashback.
The rate set for your current VIP tier (Bronze through Platinum) is applied to that net loss. The higher the rate, the higher the cashback amount.
