1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the beji platform and all services under it — online casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and other gaming activities. Accessing the beji website or mobile app means you have fully read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team — they are available around the clock in both Bengali and English.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on beji, users must register with accurate and complete information. All information provided at the time of registration must be genuine, up to date, and verifiable. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name, mobile number, or payment method are not allowed. If such a violation is detected, all related accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with any third party. beji will not be liable for any loss resulting from account access if the user has disclosed their own credentials.

3 Eligibility, Age Requirement and Geographic Restrictions

3.1 Age Requirement

All beji services are for persons aged 21 or older only. If a user is found to be under 21 during registration or a subsequent verification process, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

3.2 User Eligibility

To open an account on beji, users must be legally capable of entering into a contract. Any person who has been declared unable to make decisions by a court or on medical grounds is not eligible for this service.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Rules

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on beji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Each deposit will be credited to the account only after verification through the relevant method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on your account. Deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking account will be considered a violation of beji's policies.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

beji's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

Bonuses are only applicable for use on games designated by beji. It is not possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time — a new bonus cannot be activated until the wagering requirement of the current bonus is fully completed. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Promotional Offers

beji runs various promotional offers from time to time — such as the beji Friday Special Reward (50% bonus up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), beji Slots Festival Bonus (75% bonus up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x), beji Cricket Wave (60% bonus up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x), and other special offers. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read before accepting.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Permitted Gaming Conduct

All users on beji must play games fairly and transparently. Any form of strategic coordination against other players, use of software assistance, or automated betting tools is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any technical fault or failure in the game software produces an abnormal result, beji reserves the right to void the transactions for that round. There is no entitlement to winnings resulting from a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, beji settles bets based on the outcome of events. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or left incomplete, the handling of the related bet will be determined according to beji's policies. For more information on betting rules, see our FAQ section.

7 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

7.1 Suspension by beji

beji reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms or suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Submission of a false identity or forged documents
• Abuse of the bonus system
• Extended account inactivity (24 months or more)

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. It is advised to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

8 Personal Data Storage and Privacy

beji follows a clear policy for collecting, storing, and using your personal information. We use your information only for account management, transaction verification, and improving the quality of service.

As a user, you have the right to know what information is stored about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion under certain circumstances.

9 Security, Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering Policy

9.1 Cybersecurity

beji uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. However, it is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their personal device and network.

9.2 Fraud Prevention

If any user is found to be involved in fraudulent activity against beji or other users — such as chargeback claims, payment fraud, or use of bots — their account will be closed immediately and any winnings will be forfeited.

9.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual, beji may request additional identity verification or documents. The relevant withdrawal request may be put on hold until verification is completed.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

beji operates its platform with the goal of providing the highest quality service. However, beji bears no legal liability in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway
• If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or leaving a password unsecured
• The consequences of a user's financial decisions based on game outcomes

beji's services are provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee is given of any specific financial outcome. Gaming always carries financial risk.

11 Service Changes and Terms Amendments

beji reserves the right to change, update, or temporarily suspend its services, game selection, bonus offers, or any part of the platform at any time. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible before such changes.

These Terms may be amended from time to time. After any amendment, a new date will be shown on the page. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
